Allocations of river and groundwater have been traditionally treated separately in Australia and many other parts of the world even though in many regions groundwater and river systems are hydraulically connected.

The CRDC project funds for “Operational Costs for Cotton Experiments” is used to fund cotton experimental trials at the Australian Cotton Research Institute (ACRI).

I attended the International Cotton Genomics Initiative meeting in Brazil on 18,19, 20 September, 2006. I replaced Curt Brubaker who, because he had left CSIRO, was unable to attend.

The focus of the project has been to provide support for growers and consultants of broadacre crops, as they attempt to implement IPM.
